"A Handlebar Moustache is indeed a glorious facial hair feature. Whether it stands alone or crowns some other form of facial hair, the glory comes from it being a 'Handlebar' and not simply an ordinary moustache." - Schnauzer

Wax:
Tony's Barber Shop - Wonderful Moustache Wax

Maker's Web site/product details

http://www.tonysbarbershop.co.uk/

Amount and price
£5.50 per 60ml jar + pp

Reviewer’s climate
Upper Austria (Salzkammergut), cold & long winters, hot summers, often rainy in autumn

Reviewer's Moustache style(s)
English, also both tightly curled and flowing

Consistency and firmness
Slightly scented honey coloured wax (it smells somehow sweet, unfortunately I couldn’t find out what it is). The wax is very soft and greasy.

Application and visibility
Application is very easy due to the fact that it is very soft.

Durability
I had to re-apply it two or three times a day in hot conditions. It worked definitely better in cold weather conditions.

Additional thoughts and conclusions
The wax itself provides a soft hold, so it didn’t work for me when I started to grow a handlebar. With a “full grown out” handlebar it provides a decent hold. For my personal taste it’s a little bit too greasy.
The wax is very well priced and Tony himself provides a top-notch service.
