The Handlebar Club Forum

Hard to believe it was already the end of August!! So what better time than the 12th Annual Whisker Club Beard and Moustache Comptition! This was held in the usual venue in Silverdale,Washington (near Seattle) and again proved to be a smashing success!!! This was going to be my 6th year in a row competing and as always it did not disappoint. After all, the reason we do this is for fun and fellowship! That's the motivating factor.

The first round was devoted to the Moustache,my favourite group. I wonder why?? Hmmm.

There were many contestants.I actually did not feel my stache was up to grade this time but why not give it a try?

The first place position went to Ghandi Jones, a past winner of this contest and also a winner of the World Beard and Moustache competition as well.



The the 2nd place went to yours truly . I have always enjoyed these events.





The 3rd place went to a tremendous handlebar from this fine fellow:



We really enjoyed the event and look forward to the 13th Annual contest again next November.

Also, as a side note, the 2nd Annual North American Beard and Moustache Competition will be taking place next July 3rd,2010
