The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “The Handlebar Club Forum” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “The Handlebar Club Forum” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “The Handlebar Club Forum” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Please note that you MUST use a sensible and reasonable user-name and that we maintain the right to query and/or reject any application, proposed user-name or e-mail address without explanation.

In most cases however we will be happy to discuss these points with you by e-mail, so if you want to use a 'nick' that you often use on other Forums that could be obscure to someone not in-the-know, or that could flag up the slightest suspicion of a non-Handlebar Moustache agenda, send us an e-mail first, explaining your proposed details.

Real Handlebar Moustache aficionados are welcome, but you will have to adhere to these simple rules of Forum membership to join our discussions. We strongly recommend that you sign your posts with your real first name.
