"A Handlebar Moustache is indeed a glorious facial hair feature. Whether it stands alone or crowns some other form of facial hair, the glory comes from it being a 'Handlebar' and not simply an ordinary moustache." - Schnauzer

We have been asked by Warren Bailey, Proprietor of the Superior Moustache Wax Company to include the company's product on our Suppliers of Moustache Wax page.

If any member has already tried this product or would like try it and write up their to review for our Moustache Wax Review section on this Forum, I have added the product's name to the list of Wax Review Topics. Your review will also appear with the product on the Wax Suppliers page.

I propose to ask Warren if he would be prepared to supply a small number of review samples for our membership, both Club and Forum to try. As this is a US-manufactured wax, I can't say whether he would prefer to ship such samples domestically rather than internationally, but perhaps one of each would be reasonable. I will let you know what the position is as soon as I get a reply. I can't guarantee anything, so if you can spare $9.90 you can buy yourself a 1oz tin by Paypal including domestic (US) delivery.

I'm also proposing that whoever is/are the lucky reviewer(s) - and I haven't yet decided how to choose - agrees to make a roughly equivalent donation to Movember (whichever country you are in).

David

Warren Bailey has agreed to supply two review samples of latest product for us to test and publish the review results. He points out:

"...we are currently offering a soft wax. We are [also] developing a tacky variety which should be ready for distribution soon."
    Edit: Warren has now responded:
"I would like to provide [for review] the slightly tacky variety that contains beeswax, petroleum jelly, and gum arabic. I have 2 samples ready to ship. "

So if you are interested in trying and reviewing Superior Moustache Wax - tacky formulation AND you agree to write up your review in the same format as the template HERE, AND further that you will make a roughly equivalent donation of $7.95 to your national Movember appeal, contact me by Forum PM (Private Mail).

Edit: One Forum member has already contacted me with his name and address which i will be passing on to Warren Bailey. So there is still one test sample left!

Don't forget that you will also need to provide me with your postal mailing address which I will pass on to Warren Bailey for shipping of the last review sample of his product.

Happy Waxing!

David

I would enjoy seeing the ingredient list of the product.

Cheers,

Bob - I asked Warren about this, and he replies:

"Our soft moustache wax is a simple recipe of beeswax and petroleum jelly. The forthcoming slightly tacky variety contains beeswax, petroleum jelly, and gum arabic. They have no additional fragrances or additives."
