The Handlebar Club Forum

"A Handlebar Moustache is indeed a glorious facial hair feature. Whether it stands alone or crowns some other form of facial hair, the glory comes from it being a 'Handlebar' and not simply an ordinary moustache." - Schnauzer

i will keep this trick with the crayon as another option for styling. by the way i had no problems washing it out either. i had also read on the forum that this could be used to give other colors if i needed them for any reason like green on St. Patrick's Day. when everything grows longer i will try again with more ambitious styles.

Thanks guys, I actually just took about an inch off both sides. I'm not sure Barney, I'll have to get my son to hold a measuring tape up to it and see hahaha.

Yeah, pretty much. I take a shower and 90% of the time I wax it right back up. Sometimes I go to sleep and do it in the morning.

That is a huge moustache, James.
BarneyJoe and tylehman you both have fantastic handlebar moustaches. One day I hope to grow a moustache of a similar style but it is unlikely to match the quality of yours.

I don't trim anywhere for the last 16 months, i used to trim along the the upper lip, in the middle part but it is working much better after i let it all grow. now that i came to this forum i am using a hair dryer, curlers and lanolin most days.

Here's my half year up date. In September it will be 5 years since starting my HB. Belonging to this forum has helped me so much.
