Mine, with natural curls in natural shape, is 5 inches wide. Stretched out I've had it reach about an inch short of my ears with just a few hairs that long, which would make it a 10 inch arc around my face. BUT I now cut it a bit so the curls don't form tight rings, which I don't like - and to remove the lonely, stringy end hairs - so current width pulled out straight to the sides without pulling at the skin is now 8 inches from wing tip to wing tip.

Best I had was 8 and 3/4 inches. Not there right now, can go 5 at most! I am thinking of keeping it at this length.
