When you are trying to be "clever," instead of the ubiquitous smiley : ) I will sometimes use : - { )

Any other ideas for creating a handlebar smiley?

Since seeing this I've started using :[) on my cell phone. This is the first time I've used it on the net.

Strictly speaking :[) looks more like a "biker 'stache" than a handlebar moustache. Wouldn't :} be more like it?

David you're correct but my cell phone is limited to the available symbols I can use.

:-3 IMHO would have to be explained every time so I tried :[) with great success. Of course your mileage may vary. ;[)

Now this is a handlebar smilie. Took way too long to create so don't expect to see it again.
