Has anyone ever used hair gel on a moustache? Does it work?

Someone here posted that they liked Got2be Glued but I tried it and didn't. It wasn't tacky or sticky enough. I can't speak for other hair gel products. I favor glue stick or tacky glue, myself.

Tried hair gel (Fructis) and it didn't do anything. But then, I can't get Avery glue stick to work either, so it might just depend on how steel-wooly your mustache is.
Cheers,
Bob

Glue stick works best in the curls, not so much in the moustache body, but I use it there for general structure. Clear Gel Tacky glue is best overall for the stache body in a non-wax.
