"A Handlebar Moustache is indeed a glorious facial hair feature. Whether it stands alone or crowns some other form of facial hair, the glory comes from it being a 'Handlebar' and not simply an ordinary moustache." - Schnauzer

Wax:
Captain Fawcett's Sandalwood Moustache Wax

Maker's Web site/product details

Amount and price
15ml Pot £8.50 plus £2.70 for Delivery (which was the very next day despite ordering late in the afternoon.

Reviewer’s climate
Northern England, it's been cold and wet, but I swear I just saw the sun a few moments ago, though I may have imagined it.

Reviewer's Moustache style(s)
It's been called a Dali, slick and curled up like a Warthogs tusks.

Consistency and firmness
It's like a firm vaseline, not as stiff as other waxes, a light rub round will get enough on to your finger.

Application and visibility
The suggestion is, as in most cases, to use a hair dryer to warm the wax , but it isn't the case here, it comes straight out the pot and with a bit of a rub between the finger and thumb it spreads evenly through my 'tache and right out to the tips, I do apply a bit extra to the tips, just to neaten them up and get a good curl. The wax is invisible. T

Durability
It stays wet, not like wax and glue I've used before which sets hard, this stays a nice "greasy" (probably not the right word, but it's the best one I can think of at the moment) feel which I can keep re-shaping throughout most of the day. I have had to re-apply a couple of times, but I'd say that's more down to having my curls pulled at by my little girl.

Additional thoughts and conclusions
It's been my favourite wax to date, smells good and easy to use. Pot is a bit awkward to carry in a pocket as it's a bit big, though it adds a bit more 'bulge' when wearing tight trousers!!
