On the Saturday, will there be a 'backstage' area at the Centre where we can get changed and possibly leave stuff (say, for when we're on the parade)? This aspect of things wasn't made very clear in the recent e-mail instructions.
I'm guessing that many people will be staying in local hotels and will maybe organise themselves that way. But is there any provision for those of us that aren't?

We had organised a cloakroom but not somewhere to change. Thanks for bringing it to our attention- it has now been arranged.
