 Post subject: Anyone from the UK going to WBMC Alaska 2009?

I have a very good friend in the UK who would like to attend this event next May. He is not used to travelling alone over such a long distance. I have already made arrangements myself for a rather longer trip to include the Anchorage event than my friend could manage, so I can't accompany him.

I wonder if there will be an individual or group of Handlebar Club and/or Forum readers that he could travel with? Because of work requirements, he has to book the exact time off very far in advance, and needs to do this in the next few days.

I would be grateful if any of you could let me know if you have made any plans for such a venture, and if you would be happy to be/have a travelling companion, with your possible dates of departure and return?
